Re:Align Tenant Strategies help corporate tenants have amazing tenancy experiences by giving them the power to negotiate the best deal with their landlords. Re:Align prioritizes solutions, combining processes with data and technology to offer consultancy and administration support.

Re:Align partnered with Workshop Built to drive an extensive rebrand, revitalizing its verbal and visual identity. This activation included launching a new website and creating supporting marketing collateral.

A place of work is hallowed ground for companies, and it needs to fulfill every requirement beyond all expectations. It's their headquarters, control center, safe haven, and inner sanctum. Finding the perfect setting for getting the job done is no easy task.

The right place, for the right price, in the right location: Companies need help getting it exactly, perfectly right.

When Re:Align Tenant Strategies approached us about an extensive rebrand, we dug in and did our homework. Who are these guys? What are they all about? How are they different? What makes them tick? We learned a lot. And we discovered their story, and why their clients love them (and spread the word to others).

One big difference: Re:Align is completely tenant-focused. They don't play both sides. And that allows them to negotiate exclusively for their clients and always in their clients’ best interests.

So, trust was important. We needed to portray them as dependable, passionate, knowledgeable, and determined. Their prospective clients need to see them as no-nonsense straight shooters. Visually and verbally, we needed to exude authenticity, independence, an entrepreneurial spirit, and above all, advocacy.

For the website redesign, we wanted a new identity to differentiate them from a sea of staid competitors—and be a little less corporate and a lot more human. We made sure that the site felt contemporary, without being trendy. We opted for a media-rich and engaging experience that was welcoming and inviting. The overall look conveyed Re:Align’s solution-first approach with simplicity, clarity, and professionalism.

The language we used was equally important, and we wanted to inject Re:Align’s values in telling their story. What they stand for—being trustworthy, collaborative, and fiercely independent—comes through loud and clear in the brand voice, digital presence, and marketing materials.
