THE CHALLENGE
Lifetime Windows had built a real business. $50M in revenue, hundreds of employees, a loyal customer base. But the company had outgrown its name. Expansion into whole-home remodeling was the strategy. The brand wasn't built for it.
Leadership described the company in three different ways in the same meeting. New markets were hard to enter. The identity was pulling the company backward. That's brand drag. And it was costing them.
THE WORK
Workshop Built led the company through Built Thinking™, aligning leadership around a brand built for the business they were becoming.
Strategy
Discovery workshops, research, and competitive analysis defined a growth platform built around the home, not individual products.
Naming
Renamed the company from Lifetime Windows to Lifetime Home Remodeling. A name aligned with the company’s future.
Brand Identity
Complete visual and verbal system designed to elevate Lifetime into a premium remodeling partner.
Website
Design and development of mylifetimehome.com, engineered to convert and clearly communicate the new brand.
THE CONCEPT
Love where you live.
Not a product promise. A life promise. The brand shifted the conversation from installing products to transforming homes.
CLIENT RESPONSE
“Every time I show it to someone, I feel more and more connected with it. It already feels like who we are.”
Peter Svedin
Lifetime Home Remodeling CEO
